The correct answer is freedom of speech and assembly on campus

Basically, campuses have full freedom of speech and assembly rights and are safe spaces for ideas. Police may not interfere on campuses or ban students from holding assemblies or anything similar unless there is physical violence involved or anyone commits an actual crime. As long as they are peaceful, they can talk about anything that they want.
