I think that its A. shelf : bookcase it only makes sense because a bookcase it a bunch of shelf. 1 you don't need teeth to smile. 2 though both clothing items they (blouse and skirt) cover up different things. 3 left and right are complete opposites. 4 handle and door though usually always connected there is not always a handle on the door.
