60 = 2 ( length + width )

30 = length + width

Let length be = x and width = y

x+y = 30

xy = 209

4xy = 836

( x+ y)^2 = 900

( x+y)^2 - 4xy = 900-836 = 64

( x-y)^2 = 64

x- y = 8

x+y = 30

ADD 2x =38

x = 19

y = 11

ANSWER 19cm X 11cm
