I am debating between D and A. I belive it's A, because it's not easy going through a mental health disorder alone, it's important that you get help. I think engaging in self inquiry is important too, but I belive it CAN cause the person to mote confusion or negative thoughts. In my opinion I think it's a. recognizing the help.
