Work out the area of a triangle of base 12cm and height 7cm

 the answer of your question is A=42cm2

The area of ANY triangle is (1/2) x (its base) x (its height).

Put in the numbers you know, and the area is (1/2) x (12cm) x (7cm) .

I know you can handle it from that point.
