An angles supplement is however many degrees it take to get to 180°
So it means 3 multiplied by the missing degrees until 180°

Supplementary angles are 2 angles that make up 180 degrees. So to find the supplement of an angle you do 180 minus angle, then you would multiply that number by three like in the question.
