For the first one, (3+2x) all you do is plug in the numbers from the x table in the the x variable on the equation.
3+2(1)= 5
3+2(2)=7

3+2x. If x=1 then put it in: 3+2•1=5 and do that for all the others.
(A2+5)/2. If a=5, (5•5+5)/2= (25+5)/2=30/3=15 :)
