The value of the sets combination (F + G)(2) is; 9

How to find the combination of two sets?

We are given the sets f and g as;

F = {(0, 1), (2, 4), (4, 6), (6, 8)}

G = {(2, 5), (4, 7), (5, 8), (6, 9), (7, 5)}

Now,

(F + G)(2) simply means that F(2) + G(2)

Now, from the given sets we can say that;

F(2) = 4 and G(2) = 5

Thus;

(F + G)(2)  = 4 + 5

= 9
