The answers should be in the book you are using as a golf textbook. 
1. c. the weight would be on the back foot. 
2. d. after you hit the ball it's called the follow through 
3.. I'd say 5, 6 or 7-irons.

5. It could be any of the answers but if you have to choose one I'd answer b. A go ball will not fly as far in colder temperatures.
