When capitalizing titles of books, movies, etc. any word that isn't an article should be capitalized (except for the first word)
For example, this should be "The Excitement and Struggles of Mountain Yodeling"
See how I capitalized "the" "excitement" "struggles" "mountain" and "yodeling"?
However, the only reason "The" is capitalized is because it's at the beginning. If it was anywhere else in the title, it shouldn't be capitalized since it's an article.
