So there's 30 people or slots. The odds that Fatheya will be chosen to perform first is 1/30. But now there's one less slot.

Now with Fatema, there's 29 slots, so there's a 1/29 chance. Then combine these values by multiplying them:

1/30 * 1/29 = 1/870
