Write both equations of the following system in the slope intercept form in order to decide how many solutions the system will have. Select the letter that corresponds with your result.
2x + 3y = 12
4x + 6y = 15

A. one solution
B. two solutions
C. three solutions
D. no solution

Hi :) You don't need to get their slope-intercept form to know how many solutions this linear system has. Since there are two variable and 2 independent equations, there would be two solutions. One value each for the x and y variables.

The answer is B.
