The B is the right answer because in French you can’t count the bread .

Generally French people use " DU " with pain . But in this exercise there are 2 possibilities, for me of course.

Je ne prends pas DE pain aux repas
or
Je ne prends pas DU pain aux repas
—-

It’s as you want but for me both can win.
