You -4x then divide 3y
y= -4/3x -7

Slope intercept form is y=mx+b so you want to subtract 4x from both sides which will now leave you with 3y=-4x-21 so now all we have to do is divide by 3 and we will get -1 1/3x-7 which is your answer
