All Uranium atoms will have the same number of protons.

If you change the number of protons in an element, you are esentially changing the element to a different one. This means that all atoms of the same element will have the same number of protons.

Also note that Uranium has different isotopes like U-235 and U-237. An isotope is defined as having the same number of protons (and electrons), but different numbers of neutrons. However, even an istope of Uranium will have the same number of protons.
