I am a great example of a person who was influenced by my habitat. I was born in a sweltering, volcano-loaded area and thus I grew up to be a very heat-powered person. When I'm angry, smoke would come out of my ears like a cartoon. My blood literally boiled. I'm also able to take a shower with the water on hottest temperature possible. Plus, everyone who meets me says I have this passionate, fiery aura.
So yes, where you lived can indeed influence the person you come to be.
