Wear goggles, it is important to keep your eyes protected. Anyone with long hair, wear your hair up. Don’t horse play, you don’t want to knock anything over. Wear closed toed shoes, you don’t want to risk spilling anything on your feet. Never just try anything out and experiment, you never know if it will go wrong. And ALWAYS listen to your instructor.
