Work done is equal to the multiplication of charge and voltage that W = charge ×voltage =QV

So [tex]32=0.4\times V[/tex]

[tex]V=\frac{32}{0.4}=80volt[/tex]

So 80 volt is required to seprate the two charge of 0.4 C
