(-2+3)/(6+4)= 1/10

y+3=1/10(x + 4)

y + 3 = (1/10)x + 4/10

y + 30/10 = ( 1/10)x + 4/10

y = (1/10)x + 4/10 - 30/10

y = (1/10)x - 26/10

y = (1/10)x - 13/5

10(y = (1/10)x - 13/5)

10y = x - 26

-x + 10y = -26
