MOST LIKELY IT MEANS THATS HOW HIGH THE WATER HAS GOTTEN THAT YEAR WITH THE MARK GOING HIGHER BUT THATS JUST MY GUESS LOL DON'T KNOW IF THIS HELPS BUT I HOPE IT DOES SOMEHOW
