The distance between the two points will be given by:
d=√[(x-x1)^2+(y-y1)^2]
point z1=(3-2i) has the coordinates of (3,-2)
point z2=(5-8i) has the coordinates of (5,-8)
thus the distance between them will be:
d=√[(-8-(-2)²+(5-3)²)]
d=√[(-6)²+2²]
d=√(36+4)
d=√40
d=2√10
